TWhbP is a place for you to explore technological marvels while experiencing existential dread. With the advent of AI, It's a fine line we must walk to ensure no one is left behind in these new and tumultuous times. This blog won't be for everyone, but the messaging is meant for all, meant to be consumed as a beacon from a concerned tech enthusiast. It's meant to fill your mind with things that will be the antidote to the falsehoods littered on the socials. I'll layer on apps and additional media content (streaming, YT vids, etc.) to make this as enticing as possible.

I don't have ads or want to sell you things, I just want you to enjoy your stay. I just have a message, I think this message should reach as many eyes and ears as it can if we value democracy. If you like what you're reading and can squint hard enough to see the threat to democracy; heck, even if you see the marginally smaller threats like social engineering, feel free to pass the word on to educate your friends.

The further this voice can go, the longer we can keep the prosperity from global communications like internet for future generations. We can keep the nice tools, like internet, if we fight against existential threat to our livelihood that AI brings to our own lives and our political power structures like democracy. Democracy dies when the population is misinformed, it's easy-peasy to do a believable falsehood on a budget these days, all thanks to AI.

Life ebbs and flows, I'm no expert so I'll not discuss it at length but I think we all know societies rise, societies fall... AI might just be the biggest threat to democracy we've experienced yet, so let's build something, a community, to fight to take back the nets.
